) means the guidelines issued under
section 30B(1)
, and
            includes the amendments to those guidelines under
section 30B(5)

specified information
(

) means the classes of information specified in the
            practice guidelines;
value-added service provider
(
增值服務提供者
) means a person approved under
section
                30D(2)
to transmit, on behalf of another person, any specified information
            using the specified system.
