Import and Export Ordinance

(1)
The Commissioner of Customs and Excise may, after consultation with the Airport Authority, by notice published in the Gazette approve any area within the area specified as the Airport Area pursuant to
section 37
of the Airport Authority Ordinance (
Cap. 483
) to be a part of the cargo transhipment area of Hong Kong International Airport.
(2)
A notice published under subsection (1) is not subsidiary legislation for the purposes of
section 34
of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (
Cap. 1
).
