Notification of termination of employment of an apprentice
Where the employment of a
registered
apprentice ceases otherwise than on completion of his apprenticeship under
section 28
or on termination of a contract of apprenticeship under
section 30
, the employer shall, within 14 days after such cessation
of employment, send to the Director a notice in the specified form in relation to
the apprentice.
