Exemption from registration of contracts of apprenticeship
In the case of any contract of apprenticeship to which section 7(2) applies, the Director may, if he is satisfied that the apprentice has undergone the major part of his apprenticeship period, instead of registering the contract grant to the employer an exemption in writing from registration of the contract on such terms and conditions as the Director thinks fit.
