Effect of death of employer
Where the employer of a registered apprentice dies, the contract of
apprenticeship to which the employer was a party shall not be determined by his
death if the trade or occupation in which the apprentice was employed is carried on
by the personal representative of the deceased employer. Such personal
representative shall be the new employer and the contract shall be binding on him as
if he were a party to the contract in place of the deceased employer.
