Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance

A reference in any law to a British enactment or to any provision, part or
                division thereof shall be construed as a reference to the same as the same may be
                from time to time amended on or before 1 January 1994 and as a reference to any
                British enactment or to any provision, part or division of a British enactment,
                substituted for it on or before 1 January 1994.
