Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance

Any reference to the People’s Republic of China or to China (or to similar
                names, terms or expressions) shall be construed as a reference to the People’s
                Republic of China as including Taiwan, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
                and Macau.
