Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance

(a)
a police officer at or above the rank of Chief
                        Superintendent;
(b)
an officer of the Operations Department, Independent Commission Against
                        Corruption above the rank of Principal Investigator;
(c)
a member of the Immigration Service at or above the rank of Senior
                        Principal Immigration Officer;
(d)
a member of the Customs and Excise Service at or above the rank of
                        Chief Superintendent.
