Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance

Any reference to the Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong or Macau (whether separately
                or concurrently) shall be construed as a reference to the Mainland, Taiwan, Hong
                Kong or Macau, as the case may be, as a part of the People’s Republic of
                China.
