Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance

The Tribunal on the application of a landlord, tenant or
sub-
tenant
may—

(a)
entertain and determine any dispute or difference which may arise under this Part between a landlord and a tenant, or a tenant and a sub-tenant, or any of them, including any dispute as to the rent that is payable for, or the right to possession of, any premises;

(c)
entertain and determine concurrently with any other application, any application for the payment of rent or mesne profits of any premises to which this Part applies,
and make such order thereon, subject to
section 127B
, as the Tribunal shall think fit.
