Amendment of Schedule 6
(1)
The Secretary may, by notice published in the Gazette, amend
Schedule
6
.
(2)
For the purposes of
section 120AAB(2)
, a notice under subsection (1)
may—
(a)
specify any class of tenancies; and
(b)
specify the circumstances in which, or the purposes for which, the class of
tenancies is excluded from the application of this Part.
