Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance

shall not state or imply that any land or building
                                                has been professionally valued unless the valuation
                                                is made by a professionally qualified valuation
                                                surveyor who is subject to the discipline of a
                                                professional body;
