Application of Ordinance to companies registered under Companies Ordinances
Subject to
section 308A
, this Ordinance applies to a company
registered but not formed under the Companies Ordinance (
Cap.
622
) and its officers, members, contributories and creditors in the same
manner in all respects as if the company had been formed under that
Ordinance.
