Commission may publish guidelines relating to publications falling within section 38B(2)
(1) The Commission may prepare and publish guidelines in relation to the form and manner of, and any other matters relating to, publications falling within section 38B(2) . (2) Guidelines published under subsection (1) are not subsidiary legislation.
