Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance

Any application for an order that the winding up of a company ordered to be wound up by the court be conducted as if it were a creditors’ voluntary winding up made before the commencement of the Companies (Amendment) (No. 4) Ordinance 1990 (
59 of 1990
) (in this section referred to as
the amending Ordinance
) shall be considered or continued with as if the amending Ordinance had not been enacted.
