A claim specified in the
Schedule
to the Minor Employment Claims Adjudication Board Ordinance (
Cap. 453
) which is pending or being heard before the tribunal immediately before the commencement of that Ordinance shall continue in and be inquired into, heard and determined by the tribunal.
