Labour Tribunal Ordinance

(1)
A final award or order of the tribunal may be registered in the District Court in the prescribed manner.
(2)
On registration, the final award or
order—
(a)
becomes for all purposes a judgment of the District Court made on the date on which the final award or order was made by the tribunal; and
(b)
subject to
section 40
, may be enforced accordingly.
(3)
The final award or order may be enforced under subsection
(2
)(
b)
even though the award or order has been given for an amount that is beyond the jurisdiction of the District Court.
