Keeping of summary of evidence, etc.
The presiding officer shall keep or cause to be kept a summary, whether by means of
shorthand notes or mechanical, digital, electronic or optical means or otherwise, of the
evidence, submissions or statements made or given and of any point of law raised at the
hearing and of his decision on such point of law.
