Savings for repeal ofsection 23(deposit of documents for safe custody)
If, immediately before the commencement
date

of
section 16
of the 2013 amending Ordinance, a banker, banking company
or any other company holds any documents deposited with it under the repealed
section 23
, then on and after that date, the banker, banking company
or other company is to be treated as having been appointed as a custodian of the
documents under
section
41H
.
