Savings for repeal ofsection 8(investment in bearer securities)
If, immediately before the commencement
date

of
section 8
of the 2013 amending Ordinance, a banker or banking company
holds any securities payable to bearer deposited with it under the repealed
section 8
, then on and after that date, the banker or banking company
is to be treated as having been appointed as a custodian of the securities under
section
41I
.
