Liability of directors, partners, etc.
Where the person convicted of an offence against this Ordinance is a company and it is proved that the offence was committed with the consent or connivance of, or was attributable to any neglect on the part of, any director, manager, secretary or other similar officer of the company, the director, manager, secretary or other similar officer shall be guilty of the like offence.
