Appointment and powers of temporary members
The Chief Justice may appoint a person who is eligible under section 4(3) or (4) to be appointed as a member of the Tribunal under section 4(1 )( c) to be a temporary member of the Tribunal for such period and on such terms as he may think fit. (Replaced 10 of 2005 s. 139 )
