Rules in relation to jurisdiction under Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance
The Chief Justice after consultation with the President may make rules dealing generally with all matters of practice and procedure arising out of the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance ( Cap. 545 ).
