Interpretation
In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise
requires—
President
(
庭長
) means the president of the Lands Tribunal
            appointed under
section 4
;

presiding
                officer

) means a presiding officer of the Lands
                Tribunal;

qualified

registrar

) means the Registrar of the District
