Bankruptcy Ordinance

Any thing done before the commencement* of the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Ordinance 1992 (
39 of 1992
) by the Registrar General in the capacity of Official Receiver shall be regarded as having been done by the Official Receiver at the time when the thing was done.
