Appointment and removal of trustee after the making of regulating order
The court may, on application being made by the Official Receiver or the trustee appointed or acting before the making of the regulating order under section 100A , by order appoint the person who makes the application or any other person recommended by him as trustee of the property of the bankrupt under the regulating order.
