Bankruptcy Ordinance

The Bankruptcy (Amendment) Ordinance 1984 (
47 of
                    1984
) shall not apply in the case of a bankruptcy where the date of the
                receiving order occurred before the commencement* of that Ordinance, and, in such a
                case, the provisions relating to priority of debts which would have applied if that
                Ordinance had not been enacted shall be deemed to remain in full force.
