Guardianship of Minors Ordinance

Any person for the time being under an obligation to make payment in pursuance of any order for the payment of money under this Ordinance shall within 14 days of a change of address give notice of his or her new address to such person, if any, as may be specified in the order by sending the notice by registered post to the last known address of that person or to such address as may be notified to him or her by that person for the purposes of this section.
