Guardianship of Minors Ordinance

(1)
Notwithstanding
section 63
of the District Court Ordinance (
Cap. 336
), there shall be no appeal from an interim order under
section 13(3)
or (4) if the appeal relates only to a provision requiring payments to be made towards the maintenance of a minor.

(2)
Section 10(3)
and (4) and
section 20
shall apply to any such interim order as they apply to an order under
section 10(1)
or (2).
