Personal liability of legal representative for costs-supplementary provisions (O. 62, r. 8D)
Where in any proceedings before a taxing master, the legal representative
representing any party is guilty of neglect or delay or puts any other party to
any unnecessary expense in relation to those proceedings, the taxing master may
direct the legal representative personally to pay costs to any of the parties to
those proceedings.
