The Rules of the High Court

Any party (hereafter in this rule referred to as the
claimant
) making a claim which is referred to the Registrar for
                    decision must within 2 months after the order is made, or, in a limitation
                    action, within such other period as the Court may direct, file his claim and,
                    unless the reference is in such an action, serve a copy of the claim on every
                    other party.
