s.27A
Leave to institute or continue proceedings
(1) Leave for the institution or continuance of any legal proceedings by a person who is the subject of an order for the time being in force under section 27(1) shall not be given unless the Court of First Instance is satisfied that— (a) the proceedings are not an abuse of the process of the court in question; and (b) there are reasonable grounds for the proceedings. (2) No appeal lies from a decision of the Court of First Instance granting or refusing leave required under this section, unless leave to appeal has been granted by the Court of First Instance.
