High Court Ordinance

The Court of First Instance may order a stay of Admiralty proceedings under
section 20
of the Arbitration Ordinance (
Cap. 609
), subject to any conditions that it may impose, including the making of an order for the property arrested or the bail or security given in those proceedings to be retained as security for the satisfaction of any award made in the arbitration.
