Provisions where person other than Official Receiver is appointed liquidator
shall forthwith give notice of his appointment to the Registrar in the specified form and give security in the prescribed manner to the satisfaction of the Official Receiver; (Replaced 46 of 2000 s. 25 . Amended 28 of 2003 s. 79 )
