Disqualification after investigation of company
The court may make a disqualification order against a person where, on an
application under
section 879(6)
of the Companies Ordinance (
Cap. 622
), it is satisfied that the person’s conduct in
relation to the company makes the person unfit to be concerned in the management of
a company.
