Provisions supplementary tosections 77Eand77F
Where under this Part it is relevant for the purposes of any criminal proceedings to prove any particular or matter in respect of a deponent or a deposition, or any document or thing exhibited or annexed to a deposition, such matter or particular may be proved by an averment contained in the deposition stating that particular or matter.
