Bills of Exchange Ordinance

A person who makes, accepts or indorses a bill for, in the name of, on behalf
                of or on account of a company shall not be liable in respect of that making,
                acceptance or indorsement where, on a proper construction of the bill as a whole,
                that making, acceptance or indorsement is a making, acceptance or indorsement of
                that company.
