Candidates for election as President and Vice-Presidents
An elected member only becomes a candidate for election as President or a
Vice-
President of the Institute
if—
(a)
the elected member is nominated in the following
way—
(i)
the elected member is proposed by 1 member of the Council;
and
(ii)
the proposal is seconded by another member of the Council;
and
(b)
the elected member is willing to serve as President or a Vice-President if
elected.
