Bankruptcy (Fees and Percentages) Order

Notwithstanding the fees and charges prescribed in the foregoing paragraphs but
                subject to the availability of funds, where the Official Receiver acts as trustee to
                administer a bankrupt’s property, the total fees and charges under this Table shall
                not be less than $11,250.
