Offences
Any person who contravenes any direction specified in an improvement notice
(including any such notice as modified on an appeal under
section 13
)
commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine
at
level 4 and to imprisonment for 6 months and, in the case of a
continuing offence, to a daily penalty of $2,000.
