In this
section—
purchaser
(
購買人
)
means—
(a)
a purchaser in good faith for valuable consideration;
(b)
a lessee, mortgagee or other person who for valuable consideration
                        acquires an interest in property; and
(c)
an intending purchaser; and
valuable
                    consideration
(
有值代價
) includes marriage but not a
nominal consideration in money.
