Wills of persons on military service and seamen
If it appears to the Registrar that there is prima facie evidence that a will is one to which section 6 of the Wills Ordinance ( Cap. 30 ), as amended by any subsequent enactment, applies, the will may be admitted to proof if the Registrar is satisfied that it was signed by the testator or, if unsigned, that it is in the testator’s handwriting.
