Suspension of judicial trustee
The court may at any time, either without any application or on the application of any person appearing to the court to be interested in the trust, suspend a judicial trustee, if the court considers that it is expedient to do so in the interests of the trust, and a judicial trustee while suspended shall not have power to act as trustee.
