Jury Ordinance

Where the court or a judge orders that a cause shall be heard before a jury,
                the party applying for such order shall, within 7 days after the cause is set down
                in the general hearing list or within such further period as the court or a judge
                may allow, deposit with the Registrar a sum sufficient to cover the expenses of the
                    jury.
