Application of Rules of Supreme Court, etc.
Subject to these Rules, the Rules of the Supreme Court

)
and any other rules made under the Supreme Court Ordinance (
Cap.
4
) shall apply to proceedings under Part III of the Ordinance, with such
modifications as are necessary for the purpose.
