Authorization of expenditure in advance of appropriation
The Legislative Council may, in advance of an Appropriation Ordinance, by resolution authorize expenditure for the services of the Government in respect of a financial year to be charged on the general revenue, in accordance with this Ordinance and subject to such limitations and conditions as may be specified in the resolution.
