The immunity from civil and administrative jurisdiction in subparagraph
(3
)(
a)
shall not apply
to—
(a)
supporting staff who are not designated by the Government of the United
Kingdom as being of diplomatic rank in respect of acts performed outside the
course of their duties as such; or
