Oaths of members of Executive Council
(1)
A member of the Executive Council must take the Oath of Fidelity and the
Executive Council Oath as soon as possible after appointment.
(2)
The Oath of Fidelity and the Executive Council Oath must be administered
by—
(a)
the Chief Executive; or
(b)
a person authorized by the Chief Executive to administer the
oaths.
