Certain legislation not to apply to registered societies
The provisions of the Companies Ordinance (
Cap. 622
)
and the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (
Cap. 32
), and of any law relating to trade unions, shall not
apply to societies registered under this Ordinance.
