Single Judge Applications for leave to appeal - Practice Direction 4.2, paragraph 6A
1. The respondent is to inform the Court on or before 18 August 2015 whether or not it objects to the grant of leave to appeal in respect of any of the grounds of appeal advanced by the applicants. If objection is taken, written submissions in support of those objections are to be filed with the Court, and served on all the parties, by the same date.
2. If objection is taken to the grant of leave to appeal in respect of any of the grounds of appeal of the applicants, such written submissions as they may wish to file in support of the particular grounds of appeal to which objections is taken are to be filed with the Court, and served on all the parties, on or before 31 August 2015.
3. If it is necessary to have a hearing, 8 September 2015 is reserved for that hearing.
4. Written submissions are to comply with paragraph 7A of Practice Direction 4.2.

5. All the applicants are to file their written submissions with the Court on or before 25 September 2015; those submissions are limited to a maximum of 30 pages, in compliance with paragraph 7A(9) of the Practice Direction 4.2;
6. The respondent is to file their written submissions with Court on or before 12 October 2015; those submissions are limited to a maximum of 60 pages, in compliance with paragraph 7A(9) of the Practice Direction 4.2; and
7. The applicants are the file their written submissions in reply with the Court on or before 20 October 2015, those submissions are limited to a maximum of 10 pages, in compliance with paragraph 7A(9) of the Practice Direction 4.2.
Appeal Bundles
8. The Appeal Bundles are to be served on the Court and the parties on or before 28 August 2015.
